Using our website

Products & pricing
Descriptions, images, and prices may change. We strive for accuracy but can't guarantee zero errors. Prices are in INR unless stated otherwise. Taxes and shipping apply at checkout.
Orders & acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline orders (stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud). Confirmation doesn't guarantee acceptance until dispatch.
Personalization & user content
When you upload photos, messages, or stories, you confirm you have the right to share them and grant us a license to use them solely to fulfill your order or display in Memory Hall (where applicable).
Payment
Razorpay checkout is available at checkout. Until payment is confirmed, we may coordinate on WhatsApp. No cash on delivery.
Delivery
We hand-deliver in Pune (411xxx / 412xxx PIN codes) and ship pan-India via courier from Hinjawadi. Pune same-day and next-day windows are estimates — double-check your PIN and address at checkout.
Returns & refunds
Our Refund Policy is part of these terms and covers returns and refunds in detail.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TohfaStory is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to what you paid for the relevant order.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and designs belong to TohfaStory or licensors. No copying or distributing without permission.
Governing law
Governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under Pune, Maharashtra courts unless consumer law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Check the date at the top of this page.
