How shipping works
TohfaStory ships curated gift boxes from our studio in Hinjawadi, Pune (PIN 411057). Delivery options depend on your pincode — Pune hand delivery for local orders, and courier shipping for the rest of India.
Pune hand delivery
For Pune pincodes (411xxx / 412xxx), we offer personal hand delivery from our studio.
- ✓Same day — order before 3 PM for delivery Tonight between 10–11 PM
- ✓Next day — Tomorrow evening
- ✓Scheduled — choose a date up to 60 days ahead (Evening on your chosen date)
- ✓Delivery fees start at ₹49 and vary by distance from Hinjawadi
Pan-India courier
Outside Pune, gifts ship by courier. Typical delivery is 5–7 business days after dispatch. Fees by region:
- ✓Nearby (Maharashtra & Goa) — ₹99
- ✓Metro (Major metros & nearby states) — ₹149
- ✓Pan-India (Rest of India) — ₹199
You'll receive email updates once your order is packed and handed to the courier, including tracking where available.
Packing & personalization
Personalized gifts (handwritten notes, photos, Build Your Gift boxes, and similar add-ons) may need an extra packing day before dispatch — especially for pan-India shipping. We'll still aim for the windows shown at checkout.
Payment & COD
Secure payment via Razorpay — UPI, cards, and netbanking. Prepaid only — no cash on delivery.
Order updates
Order updates by email: confirmation → packed → out for delivery → delivered.
You can also use Track Order with your order details.
Delivery issues
If a parcel is delayed, lost, damaged, or incorrect on arrival, contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date for lost shipments) with your order number and photos where relevant. Remedies follow our Refund Policy.
