Where do you deliver?+
We hand-deliver across Pune (411xxx / 412xxx PIN codes) with same-day and next-day options. We also ship pan-India via courier from our Hinjawadi studio — 5–7 business days.
How long does delivery take?+
In Pune: same-day (Tonight between 10–11 PM) before 3 PM, next-day (Tomorrow evening), or pick a date up to 60 days ahead. Outside Pune: standard shipping (5–7 business days). Personalized gifts ship nationally — they may need an extra day in packing.
How much does delivery cost?+
Free delivery on orders above ₹2499. In Pune, fees start from ₹49 by distance from Hinjawadi. Pan-India: Maharashtra & Goa: ₹99 · Major metros & nearby states: ₹149 · Rest of India: ₹199.
Can I personalize a gift without buying a full care package?+
Yes. Use Build Your Gift to add memories, a handwritten note, Spotify playlist, and add-ons — then pair it with any care package at checkout.
What if the recipient isn't home?+
In Pune we deliver ourselves — share a landmark and keep your phone handy. For pan-India orders, the courier will attempt delivery; we'll email you tracking once shipped.
Do you accept cash on delivery?+
Secure payment via Razorpay — UPI, cards, and netbanking. Prepaid only — no cash on delivery.
Can I include a custom message?+
Absolutely. Add a handwritten note in the gift builder (+₹99), or leave a short message at checkout.
How do I track my order?+
Updates come by email when you add one at checkout: order confirmation, then packed, out for delivery (or shipped), and delivered. For quick questions, WhatsApp us from the Contact page.
What is your return or refund policy?+
