Saaj by TohfaStory is a fashion jewellery brand selling curated necklaces, rings, bracelets, earrings, and gift sets at https://saaj.tohfastory.com. Reach us at hello@tohfastory.com.
Using our site
- You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
- Provide accurate checkout, contact, and delivery information.
- Do not misuse the site, attempt fraud, or submit false information in contact or order forms.
Plain language, fair terms — we'd rather you understand them than hide behind jargon.
Pieces & pricing
Product descriptions, imagery, and prices may change as collections are edited. We work to keep listings accurate but cannot guarantee zero errors. All prices are in INR unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping are shown at checkout before you pay.
Orders & acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel orders due to stock, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or fulfilment constraints. Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance until your piece is packed and dispatched.
If something goes wrong before dispatch, we will try to reach you before cancelling.
Account & messages
Content you save to your wishlist or send through contact forms remains yours. You confirm you have the right to share anything you submit and grant us a limited licence to use it solely to fulfil your order, provide support, or improve our service.
How you pay
Payment is processed through Razorpay at checkout. Until payment is confirmed, your order may remain awaiting payment — you can complete checkout from your order confirmation or track-order page. We do not offer cash on delivery for Saaj orders.
Shipping
- Pune: 2–3 business days via standard delivery.
- Pan-India: 5–6 business days via courier from our Pune studio.
- Delivery windows are estimates — verify your PIN code and address at checkout.
All sales final
Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms. Saaj does not accept returns or exchanges. Refunds are issued only when the wrong product is delivered, reported within 24 hours of delivery, and supported by a complete, unedited unboxing video. Shipping damage is not eligible for a refund.
Fashion jewellery is final once dispatched. Wrong product only — unedited unboxing video required.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TohfaStory and Saaj are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of jewellery. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Intellectual property
Site content, Saaj branding, product photography, and collection names belong to TohfaStory or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or redistribute our content without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the courts of Pune, Maharashtra unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.
Updates to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
